William (Bill) Hess began his financial services career in 1994, highlighted by the desire to serve his clients with utmost integrity and passions. Bill's career has included executive positions within Putnam Investments, The Hartford, and Mellon Capital Management. Gaining trust with his clients in the corporate board room, Bill has conducted over 1000 investment reviews, and advised investment committee member on the importance of retirement plan design, fiduciary awareness, and diversified portfolio strategies. He is most proud of having the ability to play a role in the creation and implementation of the investment menus many retirement plan participants will use throughout their lifetimes.
Today, Bill brings that same passion as a Financial Advisor. Wanting more and the ability to reach clients on an individual level, he launched a new purpose and in 2019 established an advisory practice. Bill continues to share his knowledge with individuals, small business owners and corporate retirement plans. Bill has seen first-hand the importance of well-designed retirement strategies and how powerful a consistent, dependable process plays in creating positive experiences with his clients.
Bill earned his MBA from the Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College in 2006 and also earned his Bachelor of Business of Administration degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
Born and raised south of Boston, Bill is a lifelong Boston sports fan, and be found participating in the many championship parades that accompany the city.
Bill and his wife Carmen, are the proud parents of two wonderful children, Willian (parkour enthusiast) and Victoria (aspiring Olympic gymnast), and pandemic puppy, Crimson. The family of five reside in Mansfield, Massachusetts.
